Step-by-step quality assurance at every production stage

Raw Material Inspection

All incoming brass alloys tested for composition, hardness and conductivity. Only approved materials proceed to production.

In-Process Inspection

Dimensional checks performed at every production stage using gauges, micrometers and optical comparators.

CMM Inspection

Critical dimensions verified on Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for statistical process control.

Surface Finish Check

Plating thickness, adhesion and visual appearance inspected per customer requirements and standards.

Final Inspection

100% visual + dimensional inspection before packing. Batch samples tested as per standards.
